Where can I see one?

MANUFACTURING AND STANDARDS

Do they meet Australian Standards?

You betcha! All our units are built to meet Australian Standards for Class 1 buildings as per the National Construction Code. Each unit comes with a compliance plate that proudly indicates full compliance for Australian residential living. We’re all about quality, safety, and making sure your new house can withstand anything Australia throws at it—well, almost anything.

DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

How long do I have to wait for a unit?

Patience is a virtue, but we understand you want your new house ASAP. Building a unit from scratch usually takes 8 to 12 weeks, depending on specific needs. This timeframe does not include lead time for ordering, working out specifics, and completing paperwork. But don’t worry, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way, so you know exactly when to start planning that housewarming party.

Do you deliver and install?

Yes, we do! We can deliver and install your accommodation unit right on your site. We’ll provide a detailed quote for this service after determining the type of unit you want, your location, site access, and site conditions. Basically, we handle the heavy lifting, so you can sit back and relax.

LEGAL AND APPROVAL PROCESS

Do I need council approval?

Ah, the million-dollar question. It depends on your specific situation. Essentially, you’ll want to consult a professional who can guide you on whether you need council approval within your region. This should include a risk analysis to better understand your current situation and what the consequences may be if you don’t get council approval. It’s always better to be safe than sorry.

Does Aruva assist if council approval is required?

Yes, we’ve got your back. Aruva provides assistance with council approval applications through our planning administrator and an Approved Partner. We can help prepare, lodge, and track the application and associated documentation. However, you will be responsible for the application and consultancy fees. We make the process as painless as possible—think of us as your approval wingman.

WARRANTIES AND SUPPORT

Is there a warranty?

Of course! All our units come with a warranty. 7 year major defect warranty and 1 year minor defect warranty, plus manufacturer pass-through warranties where applicable. We’re happy to explain the terms and conditions in more detail if needed. Our goal is to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your new house, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
